1 CPU_LOAD -cpu load: when cpu Load is higher than threshold value(default: 70 Unit:%).
2 MEM_LOAD -memory load: when memory Load is higher than threshold value(default: 80 Unit: %).
3 TEMP_HIGH -temperature high: when temperature is higher than “High temperature threshold”(default : 100).
4 TEMP_LOW -temperature low: when temperature is lower than “Low temperature threshold”(default :-20).
5 DHCP_THRESHOLD -dhcp threshold The number of IPs of DHCP pool is over threshold.
6 DHCP_SHORTAGE -dhcp shortage there is no room for IP alignment.
7 UNIT_OUT -unit out Unit is out of chassis.
8 UNIT_FAIL -unit fail Unit status is fail.
9 UNIT_MISMATCH -unit mismatch: The Unit type is mismatched between pre-configured and actual unit type.
10 FAN_FAIL -fan fail FAN Fail.
11 SFP_OUT -sfp out When SFP Module is pulled out.
12 LINK_DOWN -link down link Oper status is down.
13 TX_LOAD -tx load Tx portload is higher than threshold.
14 RX_LOAD -rx load Rx portload is higher than threshold.
15 SELF_LOOP_DETECT -self loop detect .

[adsense]16 MAC_FLOOD -mac flood: The same mac is received during some specific time continuously.
17 LOS -Loss of signal: The OLT did not receive any expected transmissions in the upstream (complete PON failure) for 4 consecutive frames.When the OLT receives at least one upstream transmission.
18 LOF -Loss of Frame:  When 5 consecutive invalid PSync from OLT are received. When 2 consecutive frames have correct PSync.
19 LOSI -Loss of signal for ONUi: No valid optical signal from ONU when it was expected during 4 consecutive noncontinuous allocations to that ONU. When the OLT receives a valid optical signal from ONUi.
20 LOFI -Loss of Frame of ONUi: When n(default 4) consecutive invalid delimiters from ONUi are received. When frame delineation for ONUi is achieved in the Operation state.
21 DOWI -Drift of Window of ONUi: An ONU transmission is received at an unexpected place within the US virtual frame. DOWi means the phase has shifted but is correctable via modified EqD When the OLT receives the ONUi Transmission in the correct position.
22 SFI -SIgnal Fail of ONUi: When the upstream BER of ONUi becomes ≥ 10^(-3) , this state is entered. When the upstream BER of ONUi becomes < 10^-(3+1),this state is cleared.
23 SDI -SIgnal Degraded of ONUi: When the upstream BER of ONUi becomes ≥ 10^(-5), this state is entered. When the upstream BER of ONUi becomes < 10^-(5+1), this state is cleared.
24 LSDGI -Loss of GEM channel delineation: When GEM fragment delineation of ONUi is lost according the section 8.3.2 state machine. When GEM channel delineation for ONUi is achieved.
25 RDII -Remote Defect indication of ONUi: When the RDI field of ONUi is asserted. The OLT transmission is received with defects at the ONUi. When the RDI field of ONUi is de-asserted.
26 TF -Transmitter Failure: The OLT transmitter is declared in failure when there is no nominal back facet photo current or when the drive currents go beyond the maximum specification.
27 SUFI -Start-up Failure of ONUi: The ranging of ONUi has failed n times (n = 2) The ONU is ranged successfully.
28 DFI  -Deactivate Failure of ONUi: The ONU does not react correctly after three Deactivate_ONUID or three Disable_Serial _Number messages. Note that the OLT can detect this condition only if it continues to provide.

29 LOA -Loss of Acknowledg e with ONUi: The OLT does not receive an acknowledgement from ONUi. after a set of downstream messages that imply an upstream acknowledge When the OLT receives an acknowledgement from the ONU.
30 DGI -Receive Dying-Gasp of ONUi: When the OLT receives DG message from ONUi. DGi is asserted.When the OLT receives a PLOAM message during ranging process.
31 LOAMI -Loss of PLOAM form ONUi: When 3 consecutive PLOAM messages of ONUi are missing after the OLT issues Send PLOAMu request for that ONU. When the OLT receives a PLOAM message corresponding to its PLOAM flag in the Operation state.
32 MEMI -Message_Error Message from ONUi:  When the OLT receives an unknown message from ONUi When the operator is informed.
33 MISI -Link Mismatch of ONUi: The OLT detects that the received PSTi and the transmitted PST are different. The OLT detects that received PSTi and the transmitted PST are the same.
34 PEEI -Physical Equipment Error of ONUi: When the OLT receives a PEE Message from the ONU. When the OLT does not receive a PEE message from the ONUi in 3s.
35 TIWI -Transmission Interference Warning In any sequential N frames, the drift of the ONU transmission exceeds the specified threshold. In any sequential N frames, an ONU transmission is received within the specified threshold.
36 TIA -Transmission Interference Alarm An ONU turns on its laser at a time assigned to another ONU The faulty ONU is corrected or eliminated[bodyads]
37 LOKI -Loss of Key Synch with ONUi: Key transmission from the ONU in response to Request_Key message fails three times. When the OLT receives a key from the ONU in the Operation state.
38 IF_ADMIN_DOWN -interface admin down when administrator configure port admin status down.
39 ENV_IN_FAIL -environment in fail env port fail.
40 SYSTEM_STARTUP -system start up System Start (event).
41 USER_LOGIN -user logn User login (event).
42 USER_LOGOUT -user logout User logout (event).
43 PWR-OFF -Power OFF: When device electric power is off.
44 LINK-DN -Link Down: When fiber physically break/down.
45 NotConn -Not Connected: When connection not established with ONT.
46 DEACT-ERROR -Deactivation Error: When optical loss is raise more than ONT threshold.
47 Active -When ONT try to synchronize with OLT for complete state.
48 Complete -When ONT is fully loaded with full functionality.
